A lot of problems with HOAs managed by Wise Property Management.Tampa Bay Times and CBS WTSP Ch. 10 News wrote news about Wise Property Management and lawyer (Charles Glausier) who used to work for Bush Ross law firm. Charles Glausier now has his own law firm, Glausier, Knight, Rowe, PLLC.The news were “Riverview family losing home of 12 years over $150 HOA payment” by Tampa Bay Times and “Homeowners: From $150 HOA fee to foreclosure” by WTSP news. They were involved in federal class action lawsuit dealing with violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in Roundtree vs. Bush Ross in federal court case number 14-CV-00357. Wise Property Management and their managers are in lawsuit dealing with not maintaining HOA and other problems in Hillsborough County Court Case Number 19-CA-005011.
