In 1980 the first Woody's Bar-B-Q was opened in Jacksonville Florida.

Right from the beginning Woody's was a Bar-B-Q restaurant where the meat melted in your mouth, the coleslaw was so fresh you'd think it was mixed at your table, and the authentic Bar-B-Q flavoured beans were the best you'd ever had.
