So I had flat coming home from the beach yesterday. Everything was closed. So I went to Active Green and Ross on Evans rd in etobicoke. Installed all 4 new tires but damaged my rims while doing it. Great experience until then. I inspected the rims in the parking lot of my work and found the damages. I went back to the store after work and Steve says we are not responsible for those damages. I told him I came to your store to fix my tires and instead I got damaged rims 5-6 scratches and dents. If customer cares for his rims you should do the same for your customers.he says to speak to the manager tomorrow about the situation. I don't recommend this site for now.Finally being resolved by the manager and HR. Waiting for compensation on the damages to be released. Compensation was fair for the repair on rims but still won't go back.
