This place is literally a joke. I called ahead of time to ask about a service I needed. As I arrived I was greeted by some unprofessional jokester who tried to sell me on services I didn't need. His excuse was Samsung required uBreakifix to fix the entire phone. I'd understand if this were warranty work but my phone is years old and not under warranty. When pressed, this terrible sales "professional" began to stumble over his words and reminded me that Samsung is a "billion dollar company" (thanks Lou Dobbs). When I asked why that mattered, he insisted Samsung pressures them, tracks their inventory, and will refuse to do business with them unless they fix the entire phone. Mind you, he wouldn't fix the digitizer unless the back glass was fixed as well. He would do me a favor and mark it down from $60 to $30. I have replaced the back glass on my phone. Takes 5 mins and the part was $12. When I asked why I shouldn't go across the street to the mall to get it done, he told me I'd be getting "bunk parts" and unprofessional service. I reluctantly said I would allow them to fix the phone their way as I was in a hurry. This clown went back, pretended to look for parts, and came back stating he couldn't do it. In my opinion, it was out of spite because I pushed back against his malarkey, but that is speculation. As I left, I told him I would be reviewing his performance, as that is how the world works today, and he followed me out screaming never to come back. As if I needed those instructions. He was immature and a terrible salesperson, and I wouldn't let him install windshield wipers, let alone fix my phone.Went across the street to the hardworking immigrant fellas operating the stand in the mall, who gladly fixed my phone and did so quickly. They were glad for the business. I highly recommend them. 0 stars if I could.
