This was absolutely terrible - they completely ruined several of my husband's shirts and we had to go buy new shirts after coming back from the drycleaner. The shirts were literally tattered - someone must have scrubbed too hard... there was almost no one in the place and the people that were in there were almost all new. When my husband showed her the tattered shirt, (the manager) she said that it must have just been an old shirt. He had to show her the other sleeve which was not tattered to prove to her that this was not an old shirt. (The shirt was bought this year and was brand new). We spent 80 dollars buying 2 new shirts. The other 6 shirts he submitted were not irreparable but looked like they had not been cleaned at all.
