*Recently returned to this shop for troubleshooting. The customer service was excellent and the owner was professional and accommodating. This doesn't change my past experience but a positive visit deserved a mention.*I was referred to Glass Doctor from a few highly satisfied customers. While my interactions with employees have all been positive, the windshield replacement process was not so. I returned to the shop repeatedly for parts delivery & scheduling issues (on their end), an unsecured external part behind the hood and multiple air leaks.
