I came in because the most adgressive insert was still hurting my left foot after 5 months. I wanted one like the middle insert that I had bought, I wanted to exchange for it. I was told there was a $19 exchange policy!!!???I said no way would pay to exchanged the one YOU recommended me to pay $395.00 for that had too much lift. She dropped the charge!!
