This used to be a great company we used them for quite a while when we lived in Lutz, we moved closer to Brandon and Riverview and the owner John Korte didnt work in the area so recommended another person didnt work out at all , we had to relocate again and I called John and he said no problem we can service this area, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY we had a roach 1 mind you so called and they came out charged $85.00 and told me they would do a follow-up in two months. He called to make an appointment and had the flu so he said he will do just the outside. A month later I informed them we will be relocating to another state, they informed me I am on a year contract, the charged me 170.00 for 1 and 1/2 visits and now tell me another 65.00 for cancelling early, this is not the same service we had previously, they used to go out of there way for good service now it seems its all about ripping people off sad because they used to be great......
