Feels like the Walmart for spas. Cheap and tries to cycle through people. Spent 5 mins on hold today before the line hung up, called back and was asked to be put on hold again, then I was told that I would receive a call back as soon as they finished up with the 2 clients in front of me. An hour later I still never received a call. The massages seem to be hit or miss with a wide range of experience and talent, some quite good, some terrible.
