I went this morning for a deep tissue one and a half hour and It was horrible the therapist had no idea what she was doing she was not consistent she was moving from my back to my legs to my arms then all over again it was like she was literally rubbing or just gently touching me I could barely feel her I continously asked her nicely for more pressure but that wasn't done I paid sixty dollars bc it was my first time the hour is thirty and I payed extra thirty to get another half hour they only massaged me for an hour and ten mins.biggest waste of money never again will I come again Kimberly the front desk clerk was not helpful when I finished the massage she asked how was it with a smile I told her not what I expected at all it was terrible and that I have never received a deep tissue the way they gave me it.i warn u not to go to the Livonia location u will regret it I was very upset with what I got.all Kimberly the front desk clerk had to say is I'm sorry but u still have to pay full price and faked herself as a manager when I asked to speak to a manager regarding my issue and changing the price well lesson learned
