To say we were having the 'trip from hell' two weeks ago, as we visited southern ontario, is an understatement. Our diesel truck left us stranded, 1000 miles from home, when we happened to find Mr. Transmission, in Burlington, and Richard Ennest. His diligence, care, professionalism, and smiling face was welcome relief!!! He fit us in to his busy schedule...found the problem in record time, - output speed sensor replaced - no big deal he said, and the bill? NADA! are you KIDDING ME? I mean, who DOES that these days!!!! I tell you, this man has customer service and class, all the way. You will never go wrong at this location. We are still shaking our heads and smiling with profound gratitude. THANKS RICH! You are THE BEST and a credit to your business!
