Client Review on Molly Maid


I booked a cleaning with this company yesterday. I had to call back with a credit card number because I was driving. When I called back, I was told by a secondary representative that no, I did not need to provide a number and my appt was booked for 10:30 to 1pm. Ok great. This morning I received a call from Gina, the owner, telling me she still needed my credit card and my appt was scheduled from 12:30 to 3pm (arrival time). Fine. I called back and provided my credit card number and agreed to the later arrival time. At 2:25pm, I still had not gotten a call from anyone saying they were on their way. I called the company and found out that the team that was assigned to my house was actually at another house still cleaning and was 45 mins from my location and the earliest they would be to my home was 3:30pm. No apologies, instead when I said that I was displeased with my first experience I was told by the manager, Shana, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Really? Because anyone else you has been waiting around for 3hrs and had to call you shouldn't feel that way? And her attitude was dismal. I am a brand new customer that was looking for bi-weekly reoccurring services. I cancelled my appt and will go with a different service. Unbelievably disappointing and a waste of my time.
