Overall Feedback:
Do not work with Anna from Genesis Pools. Please google Gemini Pools and the reviews of Anna. She changed her name and the name of her pool company to avoid bad reviews. You can read my review on there (to which I need to add). Unfortunately, Narellan’s customer service is just as awful. Anna incorrectly installed our pool and Narellen has assisted Anna road block us at each step. Especially as they have kept her on as an approved contractor, after repeatedly scamming her customers (yes, plural and Narellan is very aware), and accepted her company name change.
