Vanessa when i called to recieve their services was amazing and very helpful on the phone! I cant wait to get our first visit. They are very professional!

If I could give the local franchise owner's company a zero star I would, but I can't, so they get a one star. I signed up for service online last weekend, and was told service would start yesterday (2/7/19). I emailed the company twice and I received no follow up from my emails. So I then placed a call to their customer service office earlier this week to discuss plan of action with my dogs since they are territorial. I didn't want a worker to show up unannounced, I wanted to find out a general time of arrival so I could make sure I had the dogs were locked up. The customer service rep said she would have the local franchise owner contact me no later than Wednesday 2/6/19 to work out the arrangements. Well I received no call, and no one came to clean yesterday. I was told by customer service when I originally spoke to them, that they set me up as a client who would be text notified of impending arrival of the worker so I can take care of the dogs. I never got that text either. So I called the company again today, and they said that the email they sent to the franchise owner earlier this week was never responded to. I asked if they could call the owner and tell him to get a hold of me, and they said their only form of contact is through email, that they don't have a phone number! The representative said she would send another email to the owner asking him to contact me. So for now I have paid my money for a month of service, I have not gotten any service, and the company said they can't issue me a refund without hearing from the franchise owner! I am beyond frustrated by the lack of communication with the franchise owner. If I don't hear from the local owner by Monday, I told the representative that I would cancel my service, and if they don't give me a full refund, I will file a complaint with the AG's office.

Pet Butler is the best!! The family wanted a dog, and we have an open front yard. The neighbor dogs visit and leave gifts too, YUCK! Pet Butler is prompt and thorough and I don't have to worry about the mess in the yard. The scooper is really nice and helpful, too. Love this company!

I absolutely love using Pet Butler. The kids wanted a dog and the messes they promised to clean up were everywhere. The yard is clean for the kids to play in and I don''t have to clean up the mess. The tech is super friendly and respectful. Thank you so much! Love this service!
