Feedback:
Waited for over a hour and a half to have our clothes taken in with only two people and 2 bags ahead of us, both of their names were notified over the counter but they didn't call us, so we waited around another 30 minutes. Finally we decided to just leave and the manager said, "oh, sorry, we text you though". *checks phone. No text. On top of that, nothing was accepted in, two hours wasted listening to bad country and watching the mouth breathers behind the counter.
