Client Review on Real Property Management

Feedback:

It’s the paranoid, “protect our own” (at the expense of the customer) type of property manager that watermarks property photos and paints red tape behind the reception desk so you can never really find what you’re looking for. I showed up to a property for a viewing at a gated community after multiple text confirmations of viewing the property after leaving work (the only viewing times were inconveniently the middle of the day, an odd time for economic housing), it’s pouring rain and there’s no sign of any agent and absolutely no instructions from the slew of “ARE YOU COMING?” texts I kept receiving from their automated scheduler. Eventually I found the property management company’s phone number. The receptionist Judy answered and then provided the wrong code for the community entrance. I called again and finally gained access. I asked Judy for the agent’s phone number to call him/her, or for Judy to call them on my behalf, and she declined. Apparently, after scouting the property in the storm, the agent had never showed or already left. The entire ordeal was so unorganized and unprofessional, I’m very happy to not do business with these people. Someone should send 3 or 4 texts to the agent and this company to confirm their appointments, because apparently they make no accommodations to keep them. No thanks.edit: I was on time. These people seem kind of crazy.
