I would give it 0 and call the health department. Never. Ever. Ever. Ever. Again. Ordered a coffee which we waited nearly 20 min for nothing, not even busy and my fiancé ended up asking for a refund with no apology or reason for the delay. As we waited I watched the employees making food, highly visible with NO GLOVES while preparing READY TO EAT food then served it to customers. That’s a health code violation and gross. Shut this place down.
