I bought 2 nos. of Ultramate II. one I gifted the other one is trembling when I called the customer service the number does not exist. I called many times...the worst part is they want me to bring to Maduravoil office for replacement for which I need to spend again or they told to courier the same. oops..I exhausted. please go wiyh Amazon products atleast they have doorsteps pickup for return.
