No metrics and a lie

What was the best part of the experience?
I was happy to be contacted about a business opportunity. I shared the metrics of my current franchisor and asked if he could to something similar. The response was that they were not registered in Illinois (which is not true according to their website) and I was not what they are looking for (because I asked for results). The offense taken at the request of performance and the response completely lacking results but containing insults tells me all I need to know. I know the dumpster business. It's almost impossible not to make money. Your better off on your own then a franchisor in a business that always makes money but can't show performance.
What would you change about the experience?
Nothing. Mick gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision by not giving me the information.

Don't buy yourself a job....particularly in dumpsters. It is a profitable business, but usually very dirty.

UPDATE: I recently used Junk Pro again, this time to clear out a rental house that was FULL of furniture, appliances, miscellaneous debris... It filled the dump truck up twice. This house was a disaster, they had it cleared out in about 3.5 hours. Scheduling was easy, the price quoted was spot on, the crew was as efficient, professional and personable as my previous experience. I will definitely use them again and will continue to recommend them.I was very impressed with Junk Pro's service. They were on time, very professional, efficient and took care not to "bang" things around that they were moving out of my basement. Scheduling was very easy, updates came by email & by phone before their arrival. I have recommended them to others and will continue to use as the need arrives.

This company is the one to use when you are needing "junk" hauled off!! Everyone was great! Brittany, who answered the phone, politely gave me all the information I needed to make a decision to use Junk Pro. I had a list of four companies to call, but no need to make any other phone calls. Brittany was informative, polite and courteous. Two gentlemen arrived on time, dressed in clean professional clothing, which stated the company logo. Introduced themselves as JJ and Kolby. They were polite, courteous, hard working and mindful. They were careful when moving things not to bang the walls or doorways. They were careful to close the doors when coming in and out. They worked quickly and efficiently.When they were finished, I called their direct supervisor to give him feedback, on a job well done. I reached a gentlemen named "Shawn". He too was very polite and appreciative of my feedback. Seems to me, this company "Junk Pro", has it together! From my first phone call interaction with Brittany, to my final phone call interaction with Shawn, I couldn't be happier.
