I have been a student of yoga for over 15 years out of which i have been associated with 136.1 studio for 5 years plus. It feels like a second home to me now.. the warmth, the friendliness and of course the yoga practice itself, all makes for a powerful combination and no matter where i am, i feel a strong connection to that place. The studio has strived hard to make yoga highly accessible, including having a robust selection of all genres of yoga, caters to all types of levels, from beginners to advanced, the schedule of timings is bound to suit even the busiest among us. Above all , the people at the studio , from teachers to front office staff stand out uniformly for their ability to forge deep and meaningful connections with almost all its students and that creates an experience like none other.
