I've been attending yoga classes at 136.1 for about 3 months and I can safely say that it's been absolutely great.- The instructors are warm, experienced and adept at motivating students to perform at their best. The environment.- the ambience is welcoming, with attractive decor and clean studios.- the price is very reasonable considering the fact that you get unlimited classes. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for yoga classes in Chennai. Even for first timers, they are patient and guide you through the whole process.
