This place is simply excellent with posh and beautiful ambience and is very clean.Here all kinds of different yoga levels are taught like Beginner's yoga, Shivananda yoga, Power yoga , Yoga with props etc.My favourite is Yoga with props and Yash is our teacher. He teaches as per our energy levels and everyday he introduces to new postures. He cares a lot for his students to do right posture and alignment. Thank you Yash.I joined 3 years ago. All are good instructors here . I have attended classes of all these instructors.Thank you Shantanu for teaching Jal neti. Thank you Ashwini, Abhijeet, Malavika, Sabarita, Sofi and Vasanthi for your wonderful teachings.
