I have been going to 136.1 regularly since 2013. I have found the Yoga classes , with the Havens and other special events that are conducted by the 136.1 Wellness Academy to be very fruitful to me in my journey to be fit physically and emotionally . The whole process is very holistic .. The classes are available at flexible times and teachers are very focussed and are warm and receptive . The classrooms are very well designed and give you that inspiration and a serene atmosphere...
