My visit to 18/8 by far exceeded my expectations. I was first referred to this location by someone who had tried out all the different haircut places around the area and was not satisfied with the service they offered. I am glad I took their advice because I couldn't be any happier with my haircut.I scheduled an appointment online with Serenity. Despite not knowing much about her because she joined recently, I was very surprised by how attentive and detail-oriented she was. Not only did she take her time while she was cutting my hair, but she also gave me meaningful advice for the next time I get a haircut. I geniunly enjoyed talking to her and I am more than positive I will visit her again in a few weeks.Overall, if you want a high quality haircut, don't think twice and visit 18/8. My experience with Serenity was very positive and I highly recommend her to anyone.
