Feedback:
Paul Flick, the CEO of 360 Painting has a history of fraudulent practices, depception, and failure to pay debts. On or about March, 2016 I signed a contract with 360 Painting and Paul Flick for a franchise opportunity in the Greensboro, NC area. After being with the franchise for several months there were a lot of discrepancies in the system. Complete lack of support, no proprietary software although advertised as such, and outrageous 9-10% royalties. In addition, many disgruntled and unhappy franchisees. In addition, three franchisees have rescinded their contracts with 360 Painting within a three month period, and more are likely as the fraud and lies begin to surface. One of the main examples of fraud is the Financial Disclosure Document provided to me. The document is to be relied on in making a sound decision whether to purchase a franchise or not. Flick fraudulently, willingly, and knowlingly failed to include critical litigation in the FDD that he has been suded in the past. This is a direct violation of FTC rules as well as a violation of State Fair and deceptive trade acts. After learning of the fraud and depception, along with a history of bad debt and failed payments my only choice was to rescind from the franchise. I rescinded my contract based on the fraud, deception, lies, and breeches of contract dealing with 360 Painting. Subsequently Flick filed suit against me for breech of contract. However, we have filed countersuit against Flick, 360 Painting LLC. and 360 Painting, Inc. Flick uses various titles to confuse such as LLC. and Inc. to confuse those looking into the company's background. All of the information I speak of is public record and can be located in the pacer.gov files along with county court records from various states. DO NOT DO business of any kind with Paul Flick. His use of the courts serve as his playground to facilitate his deception, lies, and poor business ethics. I only wanted to get away from the defunct system, but Flick forced me into litigation by humorously suing me for breech of contract on a fraudulent contract. Feel free to look up any of the documents in pacer.gov or several State Court records and see the pattern of behavior that I have described earlier.
