Where to begin? In 10 sessions (so far) I am leaner, stronger, and happier. I love 9round's philosophy and approach to physical activity. No matter your fitness level everyone is welcome. There are trainers on the floor at all times, no classes to sign up for, a great whole body workout in 30 mins what more could you ask for? I am so happy! I love 9Round!
