Great workout no matter where you’re at in your physical fitness. Aside from the excitement of constant new workouts and having guidance throughout the entire time, the staff is great. Kat, the manager, is amazing. She remembered my name, even though we had only met once and I hadn’t seen her in over 2 weeks.You have the option to buy a heart rate monitor that shows your stats in real-time onscreen. The locations don’t have fancy equipment other than that, but it’s what you make of it. Awesome gym!
