ADDED INFO...DON'T LET THE RESPONSE FROM A-1 FOOL YOU!!! I sent two emails and never got any response...BEWARE!!! Had our home repaired by A-1 early 2010 and received a lifetime warranty when the work was done. We have since found out that the work was not completed correctly and our home is right back where it was before the work was done. We contacted the corporate office early 2017 about the warranty. According to the corporate office, the franchise that did the work no longer has the franchise and did shoddy work. In July of this year we finally received a call from the franchise now serving our area stating it had been approved by the corporate office for them to do the warranty work and they would be calling back with a start date. Here it is, December, and we have called and emailed both the corporate office and the franchise many times trying to get an answer as to when they will be here to do the work. We cannot get any kind of response whatsoever.

Was good company until ownership changed. Took weeks to get an estimate, then we had to wait to be squeezed in between bigger jobs. They finally showed up with a couple hours notice. Couldn't do job. Said they had to get some different equipment, left and never came back.

I had a great experience with A1. It was a small job correcting the slope of a few sidewalk slabs that were pitching toward my house. Good communication from ownership leading up to my scheduled appointment. Friendly, competent crew. Worked quickly, but didn't hurry (there's a big difference!) and cleaned up prior to leaving. Will call again.
