Maricel and her team were guardian angels in disguise! When we had nowhere to turn to and really had no idea how to start to try and find a safe placement for a family member with dementia, Maricel took us by the hand and walked us through the process. It's sad knowing that as we get older the need for help is real and urgent. Luckily, there are patient advocates and experts out there to help families through this difficult process. I was always impressed with her constant communication, patience, and sincerity.
