I would actually give ABC Seamless ZERO stars! I have a house that has ABC Seamless siding, soffits, gutters and downspouts. I have the "lifetime" warranties. The gutters and some of the downspouts are rusted and leaking badly. I first tried to request an estimate and warranty information online, but never got a reply. I then made phone calls and after being told that ABC would not honor the warranties, I requested a quote for replacement of the gutters and downspouts. A salesman had measured and taken photos, but it was weeks before I was finally sent an estimate which was 3 times all the other estimates I had received and had the wrong color downspouts. The salesman ignored email requests and was completely unresponsive. I would not trust ABC to do anything on my house. Worst customer service ever!!!
