I have "banked" with ace since 2014. I had 305 dollars fraudulently taken from my account on 31st of August 2019. I filed a claim and was never contacted via phone or any other communication besides the "Secure Inbox" in my online account. They first made me wait 14 days with not help just to tell me they would not refund my funds. You can obviously tell that it was not me and Immediately called ace to tell them I was at home and did not make the purchase, They did not even catch the fraud and try to help. I am completely disgusted with how this has been handled. If anyone has a way to contact the corporate office for Ace besides the disconnected number on their website, can you please send it to me? Don't do business with them.
