Hi the only problem I had was I took my grandson to cash his first check, and it took a while but they made it happen, they checked all what needed to be checked before the process, while I was there I wanted a prepaid card so I could start taking care of all my online payments with this card, but after reading all the reviews I’m a little nervous.. I notice the teller always had her phone that made me nervous, they ask for my social # on a piece of paper I never took my eyes off that paper and all along I’m thinking is they typing my social, or taking pictures of my number, then I paid the fee for the card with my debit card when I got my receipt back all my information was on the receipt last of my card number the balance amount that was on my card, and I never handed them my card, I just felt some type of way the cell phones do not need to be up there with the teller. I was just with my sister n law because she’s the one who convinced me on getting a card. It was like 3 in the morning and we were just at home she got a text saying the amount that was being used on her card she said I’m at home how in the hell someone is using my card. It was card ♀️ ♀️
