I have been a loyal customer with this company for well over 3 years. Recently, I encountered an experience with a woman by the name of Shelia that was highly disappointing. I recently received a loan and called to inquire about acceptable payment methods to pay it off. The customer service rep I was speaking with was unsure and transferred me to a woman named Shelia at the corporate office that was unaware of who I was or what I needed once the call was connected. Shelia had the nastiest attitude with me and was upset that I was transferred to her, as if I was the employee that made the transfer. She was so rude, I had to ask her if she was having a bad day. Mind you I was already frustrated because it should not have been that complicated for a simple question to be answered. Shelia continued to interrupt me every time I would try to speak and was so rude I am concerned that she is a representative of the corporate office. I asked her how I file a complaint on her and she continued to try and get around providing me with the information. She then eventually hung up on me. I was shocked!
