Paid my installment loan off early. Applied for a new loan the same day and was told the system has to complete the verification. No one in customer service could explain what that even meant. I had to ask for a supervisor to tel me they do not have a clear understanding of what it meant. Mean while I received numerous emails stating to complete app online, then sign edocuments, then your information is not matching, then you were denied. Ever time I logged in my credit was ran. I called back the next day and was told to got to the store near and apply. I applied at the store and was denied due to the inquiries by Ace on my credit. I called the customer service number and was told the system was down. I called the corporate office today Monday April 15, 2019, the receptionist answered did not state her name transferred me to customer service. I called back like 5 times and the number just rang (one time she answered and hung up) I know for sure she saw me calling back. At this point I will just file a grievance with the state in with the Better Business Bureau.
