My brother made 2 appointments ., one for him and one for my dad. When i brought my dads car in they said they had no appointment in the computer for him. I waited and listened to them and they had over booked and were asking other location for help.The people where friendly and technicians are great. Just booking was a disappointment. I advise if pre booking follow up with a confirmation call
