I purchased a Groupon for laser skin tightening of the face and neck. The technician was incredibly rude. I was very uncomfortable being in a room with her. She only lasered my face. When I asked about doing my neck she claimed Groupon made a mistake and the treatment is only for the face. I stopped to talk to the owner on my way out and she also told me it was Groupon’s mistake. I contacted Groupon who denied this was the case. I still see the are still running the same deal on Groupon. Also, I saw zero results on my face. I’m sure it takes a series of treatments, but after that experience I wouldn’t buy more there. Buyer Beware!
