Overall Feedback:
Disappointed. I thought my dryer duct was going to be cleaned too. The two service people barely spoke any English. For sure, I was supposed to get a free estimate for Dehumidifier installation, but given the communication challenges, I didn't even ask about this. Too, the techs noted there were no air filters in my vents, but didn't offer to sell me filters, nor any advice on what sizes I needed, what type to order, or where to buy them. For nearly $800 for 4 hours of work, I would expect a lot more service and help!! And then when I called to inform them, the person that answered said sorry, I'll pass on the information and then hung up on me. This all happened in Huntersville NC, which I believe my be where this business was founded...
