Feedback:

I called the customer service department thought they could help me to get my money back but the customer service lady was so rude and ugly she hung up on me but I will not stop until I get someone's attention it's very sad when someone bring there problems to work she know she need her job.

Feedback:

Would give 0 stars if possible. Doctor didn't know what atrial tachycardia was and, didn't order EKG to find out. Was told our payment would be refunded only to have it clear the bank 2 days later. I have contacted the medical composite board and BBB about them. Update have tried to call the number they give as a reply here. What a shock, no answer.

I went to the gardendale office Saturday 7/21/2028. I had fallen and I have hardware in my back so I ask if I could have a steroid shot and also I had blood in my urine. The Dr had a attitude from the get go. She actually pulled her cell phone out in front of me and ask Google how to treat me. I got up and walked out

Not a place I ever want 2 visit a again. She, the doctor, didn't even touch me or use the equipment 4 additional diagnosis. She suggested I slam the Bible on the table for comfort?????

Do not use the American Family Care on 280 at Cahaba Village. The doctor came in and was more concerned about the dress on the cover of a magazine. After telling her my symptoms, she only checked my ears, which were not a part of my symptoms, before prescribing two very powerful antibiotics one of which has been recently in medical reports saying it should only be prescribed when all other antibiotics have failed. I left and went to Summit Urgent Care in Vestavia where I received a thorough examination and strep test (which was positive) and was prescribed a much less potent antibiotic. Summit Urgent Care called on Saturday to check on me too.

I don't know how to use smart phone so I am using my sweet PRC phone in the clinic in smyrna tennessee. Dr head is always good to me but miss Katie goes above and beyond. She calls different pharmacy to get meds cheaper and prints my coupons and had everything ready for me and walked me out. Miss katie deserves the best from afc she is the main reason I stayed since the not so nice manager came in. She has no patience but Katie and Dr head make up for all of it . If u ever have any issue call miss Katie

I've noticed that more often than not I am seen by someone who is not a doctor or nurse pratictioner. I've been misdiagnosed several times here which led to additional doctor visits with my regular doctor. I'm here now. When I signed in I wasn't asked for me I.D. or Insurance card. Everyone who came behind me was. After seeing a couple people who came in behind me go before me, I inquired. Then, they verified my information and stated that I'd be next. When I was placed in a room, I had to ask for a doctor because once again they assigned me to someone other than a doctor. I couldn't help but notice that at the time of my visit I was the only POC patient. I don't know if this is a direct correlation to the sub par service I've received here. Regardless, I won't be back and I will share my experience with everyone I know.

Had to have hair follicle drug screens for child custody in July 2018. Waited 2 weeks for the results and had to call them to find out they did not seal the specimen. Had to retake the test again. 12 days go by, i had to call them again for the results. This time the specimen was labled incorrectly. I had 9 plugs of hair cut from my head. I was charged 3 times for this incomplete service. I was only supposed to have been charged once. A 3rd charge showed up on my credit in collection's. I contacted corprate December 2018 and again April 2019. They finally took the negative mark off of my credit and told me i would receive a refund in 6-8 weeks. Now it is July 2019 and still have not received a refund. I called corprate again today and my refund STILL has not been processed. I was told it will take 6-8 weeks AGAIN!!!! This appear to be the most unorganized corperation i have ever had dealings with. The doctors and nurses at these facilities are the one that barely made it through med school. Obviously the upper management have serious issues as well. I would give a 0 star if the option were available. I will never deal with this organization again and i would steer anyone away that thinks they should go there!

Initial visit, active mcd patient with American Family Care listed as my primary physician on my card, said card was presented at the time of service, 2 years later still fighting Amsher collection agency regarding same date of service after physically being told several times by a supervisor not to worry along with an apology for having been billed. Mcd office called directly as well and was told the same. Yet, it remains outstanding. I would not recommend anyone to go there.im done playing games and will be seeking legal counsel along with letting MCD know like they instructed me to so they can investigate the filed complaint further.
