I work a job that requires me to sit all day. This has really taken a toll on my body. I began visiting AlignLife after several months of seeing nursing students at IPMR and getting frustrated with the inconsistent advice and treatments. Dr. Joe was referred to me by a friend, and I was skeptical at first. After just a few visits, I began to feel much better.The orthopedics that he recommended has changed my life. It seemed ridiculous to me that arch support would have such an impact on my overall health, but I began running again (it had been 6 years) after wearing them for just three months.The overall feeling that I get from AlignLife is that natural healing is better, and I am beginning to really come around to this myself. The doctors that I have seen for years now seem like they are just in it for the money, and will throw prescriptions at you until you feel better, all while talking to you for less than 5 minutes. Dr. Joe will work with you to find legitimate reasons for your pains and other health issues.
