Buyer beware !!! Very deceiving company. After initial appointment of getting my X-ray. I very clearly asked in advance if there would be any charge for 2nd appointment to go over my X-ray which I was told there would be none. The Receptionist stated the doctor would simply just go over my X-rays and then offer me what best plan he would recommend then. Upon return for my 2nd appointment the Chiropractor took about 5 minutes to go over X-rays. He then took 1 minutes to look at my back and pushed down on lower back twice. This I was little surprised because I never told him to do anything but I thought he was just doing a courtesy look at my back. I then was sent into another room to go over the service plan they were going to offer. When i saw the price of $1600 + I was little bit shocked and told the person that I dont think I am going to afford that. I then was told there would be a $40 service charge for the Chiropractor looking at my back. Now sure this is not alot of money but to me it is the principle of the thing. When you clearly ask if there is going to be a charge and then later get a charge this is just bad business practice ! The receptionist stated that the chiropractor looking at my back actually counted for 1 of the 24 sessions they were going to offer me with my plan. This plan of course is the one that I never saw beforehand and I told them when I did see I didnt want. I of course asked for a refund of that $40 which they wouldnt do. So for only $40 this company is willing to lose my business and now others as well.
