I’ve been getting adjusted for a year and a half. Dr. Day is knowledgeable about every ailment I’ve had and provides great insight to better my life and quality of life. I always feel amazing afterwards. Recently I’ve had an upper respiratory infection that would not go away. Swallowing and sinus pain was getting to the severe point. With one adjustment, I started feeling better almost immediately. Within two hours my throat pain was diminished so much and my sinus pressure let up so that I could breathe! I just couldn’t believe it! If I didnt realize it before, I do now...It’s so important to get regular adjustments when you’re healthy and when you’re sick.
