Ladies don’t waste your time. This location customer service is horrible. That’s not my only issue. The lash styles are not with the current lash trend and is not worth the money charged. They only have 4 selections which are old and out dated. I was having to do a refills 5 days after a full set. I had a full set done by a tech Friday, July 12th and called asking for a correction on Monday July 15th. The appointment was booked for Wednesday however, I was told I had to pay $55.99 for the correction. That’s a total of $109.00 In less then a week. What a joke, That’s no way to treat a paying customer or a member. I’ve already called my credit card company about reversing my payments. Save your money and go somewhere else. If not, you’ll be stuck wearing lashes meant for old people.
