We had our daughter's birthday party there today. We were very pleased with the staff. Brenda was our party host and she was so accommodating, kind, and patient with all of the kiddos! She's great at what she does! We had a minor incident with one of the rides. My daughter got stuck in one of them. Her seatbelt wouldn't unbuckle. The staff did everything they should have and in a timely manner. They freed her from the seatbelt in under 5 minutes and all was well again! One of our party guests had gone home and they even checked the cameras for me so I could make sure she left with the right people! Awesome staff, incredible party, and some great memories! Thank you!!
