Terrible service!! My dad, a heart pt, had a 2 and a half hour ride. The kid that was in the back ( the employee ) that was should have been keeping an eye on him, slept a good 2 hours of the trip. This was an out of pocket expense and paid up front for medical transportation, not a taxi, not an uber, this was an ambulance service. The drive played a terrible choice of music. Rap music with just about every other word being profanity. He could of very well went into cardiac arrest. What would have they done with the music loud and the EMT asleep? I am a so very up set over this.
