While I have never used this service, I will say my encounter with one of their drivers in Tampa on I-275 during rush hour on 3/21/18 left me wanting her to be fired. Stop and go traffic, and I prefer to coast instead of constantly being on my brakes. She honks her horn at me, and I continue to coast keeping about 4-5 car lengths between my car and the car ahead while still keeping up with traffic since that's the nature of stop and go traffic. She chose to find a gap to pass me then cut me off hard, not once, but twice. Then came to a dead stop in the left lane while I was laying on the horn after she cut me off the second time I guess to "teach me a lesson" or whatever payback she thought she was serving up. A person who works for a service that is to transport those who are unable to do so for themselves, road rage like this should be punishable by relief of your duties from AmeriCare. I wouldn't trust them to transport my loved ones after this experience of immaturity, and road rage .
