I love working for Amplifon.

Not an open-to-the public hearing facility. Miracle Ear headquarters, Elite Hearing Network and Amplifon Hearing Health Care all brands under the Amplifon umbrella. This is truly an exceptional place to work!

Feedback:

Amplifon expects prompt payment from customers and I did so by electronic transfer. It is now over a month and I learned today, 8/15/2016, the ball was dropped by Amplifon. I had my insurance company get involved in order to obtain a straight answer from Amplifon. I was being told "priority emails" were sent to the Billing department but it was too far to walk there to find out an answer for me. My insurance company stayed on the phone with me and found out Amplifon dropped the ball and did not process my refund in a timely manner. My advice, IF YOU ARE DUE A REFUND KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE CHECK. Mine is due again in 3 to 5 days, we will see.
