Your store in Union Landing could be a training center for poor customer service. I went in to buy a holiday gift card and was told only the manager had this function. Within plain sight, the manager continued to count change in a register till for 8-10 minutes while I waited. When he finally came over he informed me the store had no gift cards left. What a joke. I will not be back to this (or any other) Andersen location...after using it as a work lunch destination for many years. Train your staff!
