You have the BEST instructors. Always challenging, adventurous, fun, motivating, supportive, and they somehow manage to give personalized feedback and cues throughout class. AntiGravity Fitness--all variations--are so unique not just in comparison to all the other types of fitness approaches but even from one class to the next. Even with the same instructor, or taking the same type of class repeatedly, each class is always so different. Never routine. The receptionists are both so friendly and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for beginners and repeat flyers alike.
