What was the best part of the experience?
Apricot Lane has a unique approach to fast fashion, giving today's customers the hottest, of-the-moment styles. For the franchise owner, it's something unlike any other: the buying power is placed right at their fingertips. And for the customer, it also translates into a special relationship, because shopping Apricot Lane is always a fun and exciting treasure hunt, with product that is perfectly on trend. It's overall a highly personal and connected experience that they really love.
What would you change about the experience?
There's actually very little to be changed at Apricot Lane -- In fact, if MORE retailers could somehow replicate the Apricot Lane experience, there would be far less shopping online, because after a customer has discovered the truly remarkable in-store experience and everything that goes along with it, they develop a very strong preference for it!
Overall Feedback:
Cannot say enough about this wonderful franchise. Apricot Lane really has a fantastic business model that is to be admired.
