The staff are all quite friendly. They take the time to learn your child's name as well as yours as the parent. My son loves it because they will talk with us about our day. We have been here for 2 1/2 or 3 years. If only took a few short months for him to go from crying with me in the pool with him (mommy and me class) to swimming on his own underwater. He feels confident in the water, I'm not stressed about him swimming or about having a pool in our backyard. Sending him here was one of the best decisions we have made.
